How to Return an Item
- Initiate: Contact our support team at service@zunotools.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Authorize: Wait for our team to review your request. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and specific instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original box. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier location designated in our email instructions.
Return Costs
We value transparency. Here is a clear breakdown of who pays for shipping based on the reason for the return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Cost: Free.
- Details: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, Zuno Tools covers all return shipping costs. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make it right immediately.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Item)
- Cost: Customer Responsibility.
- Details: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, or no longer need the item), you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost to return the package to our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed in 7 business days. It usually takes another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
